Dean Feltmann started his first construction company in 1978. He brought his company to South Carolina over 30 years ago, and has built a solid reputation in the Lowcountry founded on the company's expertise in commercial roofing systems and general contracting.

Having been in the construction industry during the wrath of Hurricane Hugo, Heather felt right at home here with Feltmann. Her instinct for leadership, attention to detail and organization landed her in the perfect position. Born and raised in North Carolina, she exudes southern hospitality. With multiple degrees from Design to Clinical Aromatherapy to Integrative Healthcare, Heather has what it takes to manage anything that comes her way. Over the years she has worn many hats throughout business and does what it takes to make companies efficient and profitable. She has 3 incredible children, who are her greatest blessing. She loves nature, especially the beach, exploring diversity in humanity and creating a lived-in luxe life.

Having come from a varied background of landscaping, CNC work and extensive metal fabrication, George was brought into the Feltmann team over 20 years ago. He is our lead leak specialist, problem solver and quality assurance supervisor. He enjoys his family and being a support for his community.
